Hi i am having a problem with the water not going into my washing machine, it’s a hotpoint aqgl129piuk the machine starts but then stops, but will fill on some cycles.

Hi i am having a problem with the water heating up in my washing machine, it’s a Hotpoint your part number is C00094715 and I’ve checked with my multi meter and there is power getting to the element but does not heat the water, this all started when the washing machine tripped the electric can you shed some light on this for me
