Thank you so much for your wonderful video on how to change a Hotpoint washing machine drum bearing. Without it, I would not have dared to try it. As it was, I had to soak the bearing assembly in Jenolite to free it up before it would bash out (with a 3lb lump hammer). Had I got a repair man to do it, I am sure they would have said “it won’t separate” and replaced the whole drum and tub assembly. Your video probably save me more than 200 quid. I have just, very happily, ordered the new parts from you. Thanks again.

Dear Sir/Madam, Wednesday was a disaster. In 48 hours guests were coming for a week and the oven had just failed. Suspecting a failed heater element as the rest of the cooker was working, I searched the Internet and discovered your uTube tutorials. After watching how to change an element, I felt confident that I could do it. I also decided that as you (apart4u) had taken the trouble to provide these handy videos, I would buy from you and this was reinforced by discovering your prices were very competitive. Your website was easy to use, quickly enabling me to pinpoint the exact part, compare the picture and measurements before ordering. Thursday morning my part arrived and your video put to the test to achieve a successful element replacement. In less than 24 hours your fabulous service has recovered my bleak situation. I’m back in control. Having never used your service before I would like to commend it and recommend other disaster struck people do likewise.
