Hi there My wash machine was broke for a while and i did global resetting but didnt work and I found out that maybe carbon brushes worn out in the machine so I did research and found how to fit carbon brushes on youtube from apart4u,I went ahead and I have ordered pair of carbon brushes from apart4u!it was a fast delivery and I have just fitted it myself it’s perfectly working fine now I just wanted to give a feedback I’m %100 happy about the purchase,delivery and everything.carbon brushes only cost me £26 it has saved the world and saved me buying a new machine which would cost me £300 at least. Thank you so much for your wonderful video on how to change a Hotpoint washing machine drum bearing. Without it, I would not have dared to try it. As it was, I had to soak the bearing assembly in Jenolite to free it up before it would bash out (with a 3lb lump hammer). Had I got a repair man to do it, I am sure they would have said “it won’t separate” and replaced the whole drum and tub assembly. Your video probably save me more than 200 quid. I have just, very happily, ordered the new parts from you. Thanks again.

Suspecting a failed heater element as the rest of the cooker was working, I searched the Internet and discovered your uTube tutorials. After watching how to change an element, I felt confident that I could do it. I also decided that as you (apart4u) had taken the trouble to provide these handy videos, I would buy from you and this was reinforced by discovering your prices were very competitive. Just a quick note to say how easy the site is to navigate and that, as a result of using apart4U I was able to fix my Hoover washing machine with a 100% genuine part for just £10 including postage.

That means I have saved on the uncertainty of calling someone out, their call out fee, the inflated cost of parts I may (or may not) need and all the hassle associated with setting a day aside to wait for a repair person.

Total time to strip machine and replace part – less than half an hour and all is now 100% – many thanks again.
