Hi, hope you can help. I have a Belling XOU270 fan oven. The top and bottom elements work fine. The fan element doesn’t heat up and the fan doesn’t rotate. If the element has blown, would that knock out the fan too? Or do I need to buy a fan and element? Or could is be something else? Cheers

This could be the timer set on auto but there is a chance that booth parts have gone, link below to your model Belling XOU270 Belling XOU270 spare parts

Comment: I am looking for a part for Hygena APP2170 extractor hood. The lights have become detached from the hood and burned a hole in the diffuser. I have purchased from you a new diffuser and the plastic part which holds the lamp holders in position. However, it looks as if there is a metal heat shield which fits above the lights and there must be another part below that which the lampholders fit into. I cannot find anywhere an exploded diagram of the unit to see what parts are required and how the whole assembly fits together. Can you help me? Regards

I have been given a Diplomat HJA2460 cooker hood, I wish to extract it directly outside so will I need a specific kit for this and can I then get away with not buying a new carbon filter?

No, there is not a specific ducting kit for this model.  You need to measure the diametre of the connecting piece at the top of the hood in order to determine whether you require a 125mm ducting kit or a 150mm ducting kit. When the cooker hood is extracting outside there is no need for [...]

Hi, A few nights ago I heard a crash downstairs and the glass under panel for my diplomat aaa2670 cooker hood had fallen onto the floor. Amazingly the glass is still in one place but I need to find out whether I can purchase the brackets/clips attached to the glass as some are damaged, or alternatively buy a whole new glass panel. I can’t believe how this fell off, the adhesive around the brackets seems to have melted due to steam/heat from the hob, therefore causing the brackets to loosen, causing the glass falling off. I think I will need a whole new panel including brackets. Regards
