We have a Bosch washing machine and the tumble dryer will not dry the washing. it get hot but the clothes are still damp. Would it be the condenser or something else?

This sound like the heater is working, you need to check the fan is blowing the air through the machine and also check that the water is trickling in though the condenser plate at the rear as this is what creates the condenser drying process
